Masterplan, urban design, planning and architecture to support subdivision and land use consent for 87 lots, including 24 dwellings.

Saddleback has provided Masterplanning, Urban Design, Statutory Planning and Architectural services in support of a land use and subdivision consent for 87 new lots including 24 new dwellings in the C2 Growth Area in Cambridge.

In addition, Saddleback have provided support calculating infrastructure contributions and resolving infrastructure constraints with Waipā District Council.
